Modified bitumen material is generally used on commercial low slope or flat roofs. These roofing materials generally last between 10-20 years. Modified bitumen is durable and provides high UV resistance. You have multiple color options as well. Roofing Tip- with this roof material, if there is no drainage system in place, the collected water can start wear down this material faster than other materials.
